This notice covers the website at cortexbrain.ai. It is run by the Cortex team, a Co-Suite project. Questions about it go to hello@cortexbrain.ai.

What this site collects

• No cookies or trackers. The site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. Its font is served from this site.
• Visitor counts. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages and sites people arrive from, and their country and device type. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other sites, and does not identify you: visitors are counted with a hash that changes every day. The data is kept in aggregate.
• Server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. These logs are used only to run and secure the site, and are kept for a short period under Vercel's own retention rules.
• The contact form. If you use the form, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, your message, and whether you asked for a demo. The site does not store any of it: it is passed straight to our inbox as an email, sent through our email provider, Resend. We use it only to reply to you.
• Email you send us. If you write to hello@cortexbrain.ai, we receive your address and whatever you include. We use it only to reply and to keep in touch about Cortex if you asked us to. We keep it only as long as that conversation needs, then delete it.

Who else sees it

Vercel hosts the site and runs its visitor counts, Resend delivers contact-form messages, and our email provider handles mail. Both process data on our behalf. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@cortexbrain.ai. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
