Cookie Notice

Last updated 18 October 2026.

This Cookie Notice explains how Auspiscion LLC, doing business as Cortex ("Cortex", "we" or "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on cortexbrain.ai (the "Site"). It is part of our Privacy Policy.

The short version

The Site sets no cookies, and we do not need to ask for your consent to cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie banner.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include browser storage (such as localStorage), pixels and device fingerprinting. Sites use them to remember you, to measure use, or to show advertising.

What the Site uses

• No advertising, social media or tracking cookies. The Site does not set any, and it loads no scripts, fonts, images or embeds from third parties that could set their own.
• No browser storage. The Site does not store anything in your browser's localStorage, sessionStorage or similar storage.
• Cookie-free visitor statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, served from this Site, to count page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It counts visitors using a hash of request details that is reset every day, so it cannot follow you over time or across other sites. See our Privacy Policy for what it collects.
• A possible security cookie. If our host, Vercel, needs to check that traffic is coming from a real browser (for example during an attack), it may set a short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie. This cookie is used only to protect the Site and is not used for analytics or advertising.

Your choices

Because the Site sets no optional cookies, there is nothing to switch off. You can still block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will keep working. Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, take you to services with their own cookie policies.

Changes

If we start using cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this notice first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before using them.
